Centrally located hotel in a cute old bakery building, very convenient coming from the railway station. Friendly staff, and room was nice, cozy and spacious for a single-bed one. Good breakfast. I'd be happy to stay again.

Property was nice. I couldn’t check in early. But employer Hans offered to borrow their gym facilities so i could take a shower after a long drive and change. A bit expensive parking but worth it since everything in Trondheim was expensive and it is hard to find parking elsewhere.

The hotel is really close to the station and the city center. It is comfortable, the room was pretty big, the breakfast was nice, everything worked well. The receptionist was truly kind and helped us understand everything in a clear way. I didn't need a long stay, but the hotel also provides some extra services like laundry and sauna, that I will be happy to use in future!

Not usually someone who stays in a Best Western, this was a fantastic find, right in the heart of Trondheim, and yet in a super quiet location. This converted crispbread factory had a lovely nostalgic charm, and there are pictures and cabinets of exhibits from when it was a bakery, which added to the authentic experience. The very good breakfast is served in a glass ceilinged atrium, and my room was very comfortable, big and quite plush for the more budget end of a Scandi hotel. I have spent a lot of time in Scandinavia and often the rooms are a bit too functional and lack warmth and charm. I will definitely stay there again next time I am visiting my friends in the city.

Nice location in the center of Trondheim. You can easily walk where you want to go. Clean room too and good service.

Room was really very pretty - an old building tastefully renovated and in the heart of downtown. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent and varied, also in a lovely dining room.

A lovely hotel, converted from an old bakery, so lots of character. 5 mins walk from the train station and 5 mins walk to the town centre. Rooms were modern and quiet. Breakfast was included and was exceptional, with a massive choice. (we even made up our lunchtime sandwiches from the breakfast choice) Trondheim took us by surprise, as it is large, beautiful, and clean, with great shops, cafes and bars. My vegan daughter was delighted with Hagen Vegan resturant.

Attractively presented and very good location. Free tea and coffee available all day in dinner room and option to cook yourself waffles in the afternoon. Breakfast good although hot food was genuinely cold.
